Weekend or Holiday Summer-Season Reservations for Wedding Events 

• Two wedding events per day at each location may be scheduled on weekends and holidays during the months of May through September. 
• Weekend time blocks start at 12 noon on Friday and run until 10 p.m. on Sunday. Holiday time blocks start at 12 noon and run until 10 p.m. 
• Weekend wedding events may only be scheduled during two time blocks. 
• Noon to 4 p.m. 
• 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. 
• Area maintenance on the weekends will take place before 12 noon and from 4 to 6 p.m. 
• A weekend wedding event cannot reserve both time blocks during any one day at any of the four locations. 
• All activities associated with a weekend wedding event need to be planned within the four-hour time block. 
• A nonrefundable fee of $20 per hour ($80) for each weekend time block at the Tuthill House and Garden will be due at the time of reservation confirmation.

Weekday Summer-Season Reservations for Weddings or Other Events

• During the months of May through September, wedding or other reservations will be made in hour increments during the times below. 
• Monday through Thursday—8:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. 
• Holidays excluded. 
• All activities associated with a weekday wedding or other event need to be planned within the specific hours reserved. 
• A nonrefundable fee of $20 per hour tax included will be due at the time of reservation confirmation to reserve the Tuthill House during these times. 
• Tuthill House reservations must have a two-hour cleanup time scheduled between reservations on the same day. 
• Summer weekday Tuthill House reservations must be made a minimum of two working days preceding the date of reservation.

Off-Season Reservations for Weddings or Other Events 

• During the months of October through April, wedding or other reservations will be made in hour increments between the times below. 
• Monday through Sunday—8:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. 
• No weddings or other events will be scheduled at the Tuthill House on Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve Day, or Christmas Day. 
• All activities associated with an off-season wedding or other event need to be planned within the specific hours reserved. 
• A nonrefundable fee of $20 per hour tax included will be due at the time of reservation confirmation to reserve the Tuthill House during these times. 
• Tuthill House reservations must have a two-hour cleanup time scheduled between reservations on the same day. 
• Off-season Tuthill House reservations must be made a minimum of four working days preceding the date of reservation.

Tuthill House hourly reservations, except for weddings, will be accepted no more than 120 days before the date of use.
